Request a one-time password-reset link for your account.
What to do
- Enter the account email and submit the request.
- Check the inbox and spam folder for the recovery email, then open its one-time link.
- Verify the enrolled authenticator when required, choose a new password, and sign in normally with MFA.
Rules and access
- The acknowledgement is deliberately generic and does not confirm whether an account exists.
- Administrators do not learn or set your password. The reset link is not a general VDR login.
- If both password and MFA are lost, resolve assisted MFA recovery first and then request a fresh reset link.
If something is unavailable
- If the link is invalid/expired, request a new one. If no email arrives, check the email address and ask the operator to review delivery without sharing credentials.
These instructions explain the available workflow. Your role and current access determine which controls you can use.
